MULTI HEAD WEIGHER

A multi-purpose weigh-based automatic pouch packing machine is an ideal machine for packing of freely flowing granular and powdered items in the weighing range of packing from 10gm to 1kg. These use a vibratory filling mechanism that allows weigh filler machines to attain a high degree of accuracy for each pouch. Semi - Automatic Machines

The semi-automatic packing machines or linear weighers normally consist of vibrating channels, which feed the weighing buckets with the product. After the measured weight in the bucket reaches the set value, the vibrating channel stops giving time for the bucket to unload the dose to the packaging machine or other equipment.

The linear weighers are most suitable for the dosing of granulated products where the weight ranges from 10g-2000g. If this weight is larger, we suggest the usage of a multi-head weigher or other machines.
