A multi-purpose weigh-based automatic pouch packing machine is an ideal machine for packing of freely flowing granular and powdered items in the weighing range of packing from 10gm to 1kg. These use a vibratory filling mechanism that allows weigh filler machines to attain a high degree of accuracy for each pouch. The computer-controlled HMI display gives a clear indication of the machine, its settings and functioning.

You can set the required weight and view the attained weight in the basket as well as the number of pouches filled. The machines are manufactured with utmost care in approved SS304 and SS316 Stainless Steel materials and are much easier to clean and maintain.

A full automatic machine is nothing but the combination of a weigher and a bagger (sealer) in sync with each other.
